By purchasing, accessing, or participating in The Compound Crew (“TCC”), you (“Member”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following policies and terms. This agreement is legally binding.

1. Nature of the Product (Digital Membership)
The Compound Crew is a digital membership product that provides access to:
- Digital content and training materials
- Online guides, documents, spreadsheets, and recordings
- Virtual and in-person events
- A private community and support infrastructure
 Because this is a digital product with immediate access to proprietary content, all sales are final.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
No Refund Policy
- All purchases are final.
- No refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Lack of participation
- Perceived lack of value
- Financial circumstances
- Early cancellation
This policy applies to monthly, quarterly, and annual memberships.

Subscription Cancellation
- Members may cancel their subscription at any time.
- Upon cancellation:
- You will not be billed on future billing dates.
- You will retain access only through the end of the current paid billing period.
- Cancellation does not entitle the Member to a refund of any previously paid fees.

3. Membership Commitment & Term
- Membership access is granted for the period paid.
- If a minimum term is specified at checkout, the Member agrees to that term.
- Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. Intellectual Property & Resource Protection
All content within The Compound Crew is copyrighted and proprietary.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Videos, recordings, trainings, calls
- Documents, guides, spreadsheets, templates
- Written materials, digital books, workflows
- Community discussions and shared insights
Strict Prohibitions
Members may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any content outside of The Compound Crew
- Share access credentials with any third party
- Use Compound Crew materials to train, onboard, or support non-members
Enforcement
Any violation of this policy will result in:
- Immediate removal from The Compound Crew
- Removal of direct referrals
- No refund
- Potential legal action if intellectual property infringement occurs

5. Code of Conduct
Members agree to:
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and respect
- Treat leadership, admins, volunteers, and fellow members courteously
- Use appropriate communication channels
- Respect boundaries, time, and agreed processes
The following are grounds for removal:
- Harassment, disrespect, or disparaging behavior
- Repeated boundary violations
- Entitlement or disruptive conduct
- Undermining leadership, systems, or community harmony
Removal for conduct violations will be without refund.

6. Privacy Policy
The Compound Crew respects your privacy.
Information Collected
We may collect:
- Name, email, payment details (via secure third-party processors)
- Account usage data
- Participation in community spaces

Use of Information
Your information is used solely to:
- Provide access to the membership
- Communicate updates and support
- Improve services and resources
Data Protection
- Payment information is processed securely through third-party platforms (e.g., Kajabi, Stripe).
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
7. No Financial Guarantees
- The Compound Crew provides education, community, and access to tools.
- No financial results are guaranteed.
- Members are solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and outcomes.
- Nothing within The Compound Crew constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Compound Crew, its founders, admins, and affiliates are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation.
- Members assume full responsibility for how they use the information provided.
9. Termination of Access
The Compound Crew reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at its sole discretion for:
- Policy violations
- Non-payment
- Misuse of resources
- Behavior that threatens community integrity
Termination does not entitle the Member to any refund.

10. Updates to This Policy
- These policies may be updated at any time.
- Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
11. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction of The Compound Crew’s principal place of business.

12. Affiliate Program Policy
The Compound Crew offers an optional affiliate opportunity to eligible members as a way to reward aligned growth and community expansion.
Participation in the affiliate program is a privilege and is subject to the following terms and conditions.
Affiliate Eligibility
- Only active Compound Crew members in good standing may participate in the affiliate program.
- Affiliates must use their unique, assigned affiliate link to receive credit for referrals.
- Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited.
Commission Structure
- Affiliates may earn 20% of the first purchase made by a referred member when that referral signs up for The Compound Crew.
- Commissions apply only to the initial membership purchase and do not apply to recurring payments, renewals, upgrades, or add-ons.
Retention Requirement & Payout Timing
- Affiliate commissions are paid after a 90-day retention period from the referral’s signup date.
- This retention period ensures that referrals are genuinely aligned and actively participating in the community.
đźš« No commission will be paid if the referred member:
- Cancels their subscription on or before the 90th day (including day 89 or day 90), or
- Is removed for policy or code-of-conduct violations.
Payment Conditions
Affiliate commissions are issued only if:
- The affiliate remains an active member in good standing
- The referred member remains active through the full 90-day period
- No violations of Compound Crew policies have occurred
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information. The Compound Crew is not responsible for delays or forfeiture caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
Affiliate Conduct & Marketing Standards
Affiliates must represent The Compound Crew honestly and ethically. Affiliates may not:
- Make guarantees or promises of financial outcomes
- Misrepresent the nature of the community, membership, or resources
- Use Compound Crew intellectual property outside approved guidelines
- Engage in spam, deceptive marketing, or high-pressure tactics
Violation of these standards may result in:
- Immediate removal from the affiliate program
- Forfeiture of unpaid commissions
- Removal from The Compound Crew without refund
Program Changes & Termination
The Compound Crew reserves the right to:
- Modify commission rates or payout timelines
- Pause, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program at any time
- Revoke affiliate eligibility at its sole discretion
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated affiliate terms.

13. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By checking the acknowledgment box at checkout, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood this agreement
- You agree to all terms, including the no-refund policy
- You understand the expectations and responsibilities of membership
By participating in the affiliate program, members acknowledge that:
- Affiliate commissions are earned, not guaranteed
- Payouts are contingent on retention, compliance, and alignment
- All decisions regarding affiliate eligibility and payouts are final
